Noodles & ramen
Japanese Noodles are kneaded, rolled, cut and then slowly dried for 15-24 hours. Japanese noodles cook from the inside out, unlike pasta, which is rapidly boiled. Both Udon and Soba noodles have a high nutritional content and are quick and easy to prepare. These soft, easily digestible noodles are especially suited for people with a weak physical condition or little appetite, people in a stage of recovery, or even as baby food. Since Udon and Soba are made from grains, one can easily enjoy the noodles as a main dish by including only a few other ingredients.
