Claire's Vitality Balls



  • 1/4 Cup Spiral Unhulled or Hulled Tahini
  • 1/2 Cup Spiral Honey
  • 3/4 Cup organic peanut butter
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Meal
  • 3 Cups of Oats
  • 1/4 Cup of White Chia Seeds (soaked in water 2 hours prior)


Mix honey, tahini and peanut butter in bowl. Add the almond meal, oats and chia seeds and bind together.
Roll into balls and place in the fridge for one to two hours to set. Enjoy!
