Apple and Blueberry Crumble

INGREDIENTS
Kuzu mix
1 tbs Spiral Organic Kuzu Powder
1 tbs water
1 tbs Spiral Organic Coconut Oil
1 apple cored and sliced
1/3 tsp cinnamon powder
2-3 cloves
100 g blueberry
1-2 tbs water
Crumble
1 cup Spiral Unsalted Cashews
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tbs Spiral Organic Coconut Oil
1-2 tbs Spiral Organic Maple Syrup
METHOD
1. In a small bowl, mix the Kuzu and water together.
2. In a small saucepan, heat up coconut oil in a pan over medium high heat.
3. Add in apples, cinnamon, cloves and the blueberries and cook for 1-2 mins.
4. Add the Kuzu and water mixture and cook for one minute.
5. Transfer the apples into an ovenproof dish.
6. Preheat oven to 180C.
7. Add the cashews into a high-speed blender and blend on high until fine.
8. In a small bowl, add cashew powder, sliced almonds, cinnamon powder and coconut oil and mix well.
9. Add in the maple syrup and mix together.
10. Sprinkle crumble mixture over the apples. Bake in oven for 25-30 mins or until golden on top.
11. Serve warm.
