Daikon Mochi

INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup grated daikon
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onion
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp five spice powder
3-4 tbs Spiral Organic Kuzu Powder
1-2 tbs Spiral Toasted Sesame Oil
1-2 tbs Spiral Organic Tamari
METHOD
1. In a large bowl, combine the grated daikon, spring onion, salt, black pepper, five spice powder and Kuzu powder together until the batter comes together into a paste.
2. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the mochi cakes until golden brown on each side.
3. Serve immediately with tamari.
