Amazake & Ginger Drink

INGREDIENTS

150-200mL Water
83 mLs Amazake
Heaped teaspoon Kuzu
Grated Ginger to taste
Pinch of salt

Organic/ Vegan/

METHOD

In a saucepan add water and bring to boil.

Add a pinch of salt and grated ginger.

In a small cup, add a heaped teaspoon of kuzu and a small amount of cold water and get all the lumps out with your finger.

Add to boiling water while stirring until chalky mixture turns clear and water thickens.

Take water off the boil and add Amazake.

Stir until mixture becomes one consistency.

Pour into a cup and drink

Great for sugar cravings, immune system, digestive system and amazing for detoxing – especially on the full and new moons.
