Avocado Tuna Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
1 can (95-100g net) tuna in oil, drained
½ avocado, chunks
¼ small red onion, minced
1C lettuce or salad leaves
1 tomato, sliced thinly
1 few slices of red onion
your choice of bread
Wasabi Mayonnaise Dip/Sauce
1Tbsp Spiral Wasabi Paste (about ½ of wasabi tube)
1Tbsp Spiral Mirin
1tsp Spiral Organic Shoyu or Organic Tamari
3Tbsp Mayonnaise
METHOD
In a mixing bowl, mix avocado, minced red onion, tuna with half amount of wasabi mayonnaise. Spread the rest of the wasabi mayonnaise over the bread. Place lettuce or salad leaves, tuna mixture, sliced tomato and red onion, sandwich them.
Wasabi Dip/Sauce
Mix all dip ingredients.
