Prawn, Cucumber & Avocado Salad with Wasabi Mayonnaise

INGREDIENTS
1 avocado, cut in halves, stone removed, peeled and diced (2cm)
10-15 pieces of cooked prawn, shelled, deveined
1 Lebanese cucumber cut lengthwise
2C salad leaves
Wasabi Mayonnaise Dip/Sauce
1Tbsp Spiral Wasabi Paste (about ½ of wasabi tube)
1Tbsp Spiral Mirin
1tsp Spiral Organic Shoyu or Organic Tamari
3Tbsp Mayonnaise
METHOD
In a mixing bowl, toss the ingredients except for salad leaves. Place salad leaves in a bowl or plate, transfer the tossed salad on to the plate. Serve and enjoy!

Wasabi Dip/Sauce
Mix all dip ingredients.
