GETTING SET UP FOR ONLINE ORDERING
NEW CUSTOMERS
For new customers, you can sign up for an account here. New registered customers are automatically set up on the Spiral website for online ordering.
We’ll notify you within 3 business days if your application’s approved. You’ll then receive a welcome email with your username and a link to set your password (please check junk mail/spam folders) to access your account. Once completed, you can then log in via ‘Customer Login’ and start ordering.
If you haven’t received anything after a week, please contact webadmin@spiralfoods.com.au.
PRE-EXISTING CUSTOMERS
Go to spiralfoods.com.au/customer-login
Enter your Wholesale ID (your email address) and Password.
If you have forgotten your Wholesale ID and/or password, contact: webadmin@spiralfoods.com.au
ORDER DELIVERIES
After you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email. If you chose to have your order delivered, please see below for the estimated delivery times for your area. For regional areas requiring freight, delivery time will be longer.

PICKUPS
If you selected Local Pickup for your order, it should be ready to pick up from our local warehouse (Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne, or Brisbane) within 1-2 working days. Please take note that for next day pickups, orders must be placed before 12nn the previous day.
