Ordering online through the Spiral Foods website provides an easy, accurate way to place your orders ensuring they will be received in a timely fashion.

NEW WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

To become a Spiral Foods customer, you’ll need to complete the following form to create an account.

We’ll notify you within 3 business days if your application’s approved. You’ll then receive a welcome email with your username and a link to set your password (please check junk mail/spam folders) to access your account. Once completed, you can then log in via ‘Customer Login’ and start ordering.

PRE-EXISTING WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

If you are already a Spiral Foods customer but haven’t ordered online before, please send your store name, email address and name of the best contact person to:

FINDING A PRODUCT

The SEARCH field lets you search for all the Spiral / Riverina Grove / Casalare and Organic Clean products and recipes. The search result will up all entries on the website containing the keyword you searched for.

Products can also be searched by brand or product range by using the sidebar. You can search at any point during the ordering process.

PRODUCT DETAILS

On each product page you’ll find nutritional information, size, variants, selling points, and country of origin.

ADD TO CART

Choose the quantity of each product you require and then ADD TO CART.

(PLEASE NOTE: products are sold in box lots or multiples of 3, 6, etc. not as individual units.)

You can then use the SEARCH field to continue shopping or VIEW CART to review your order during any part of the process and CHECK OUT.

SHOPPING CART/VIEW CART

Here you will find all the products that have been added to your cart. On this page, products can be removed quantities modified.

PLEASE NOTE: Your order must reach a minimum of $200 to qualify for FREE delivery.

Once you’ve successfully added everything to your cart, press continue to move on to the next step.

SHIPPING / PAYMENT

On this page you can check your shipping details.

PLACE ORDER/CONFIRM ORDER

On this page, you agree to the terms and conditions by clicking the check box and then clicking on the PLACE ORDER button.
