Try this recipe using our Organic Furikake to season adding a delicious punch of flavour!ONIGIRI WITH OUR ORGANIC FURIKAKE Recipe:INGREDIENTS
• 2-3 tbs Spiral Organic Furikake (either Nori, Yuzu, Umeboshi or Tamari)
• 1 cup cooked sushi rice
• 1/4 Spiral Toasted Yaki Nori SheetMETHOD
1. Place your cooked rice into a small bowl.
2. Add in the furikake and stir through.
3. Wet your hands with water.
4. Spoon 1 tbs of the rice mixture and shape into a thick triangle.

POTATO, CARROT & BLACK CLOUD-EAR FUNGUS WITH PLUM VINEGAR AND GINGER VINAIGRETTE⁠
⁠
Serves 4 as part of a shared meal. ⁠
⁠
Ingredients⁠
2 medium- sized potatoes, peeled, julienne⁠
1 small carrot, peeled, julienne ⁠
100 g fresh black cloud-ear fungus, torn into smaller pieces⁠
½ bunch basil, leaves picked⁠
½ bunch mint, leaves picked⁠
½ bunch dill, leaves picked⁠
½ bunch coriander, leaves picked⁠
⁠
Ginger Vinaigrette⁠
6 cm piece ginger (35 g), diced⁠
¼ cup (55 g) brown sugar⁠
50 ml Spiral Plum Vinegar⁠
50 ml Spiral organic tamari⁠
½ teaspoon Spiral organic sesame oil⁠
50 ml Spiral organic extra virgin olive oil⁠
⁠
1. Bring a pan of water to the boil, add potato and cook for 4 minutes. Strain, then refresh under cold running water, draining well. Place cooked potato in a large bowl and add carrot, along with the remaining ingredients. ⁠
2. Next make the vinaigrette. Pound the ginger and sugar to a paste using a mortar pestle. Using the pestle, stir in the vinegar, tamari and sesame oil, then slowly stir in olive oil. ⁠
3. Pour vinaigrette over salad, mix well then serve. ⁠
