Organic Shoyu Ramen (Shoyu – traditional Japanese soy-sauce) has a delicious liquid soy-sauce soup base. With umami flavours, Spiral’s ramen noodles are made from organic wheat flour which is slow dried (not fried) with a distinct quality in texture and taste.
