Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup Bonsoy Organic Vanilla Coconut Milk
1 cup Bonsoy Organic Salted Caramel Coconut Milk
1 cup Bonsoy Organic Chocolate Coconut Milk
1 tbs cacao nibs

Gluten-Free/ Vegan/

METHOD

In 3 separate bowls, mix 1/4 cup chia seeds and one flavour of milk together, leave to soak for 1-2 hours. This will make the individual chia seed layers.
Layer with each flavour before serving.
Serve with fresh fruits and sprinkle with cacao nibs.
Eat immediately or store covered in the fridge for up to 5 days.
