Coconut Porridge

INGREDIENTS

1½ cups Rolled Oats
¼ cup Semolina
½ cup Spiral Organic Coconut Milk

To serve:
Organic Coconut Syrup
Organic Coconut Chips

VEGAN/

METHOD

Bring 1.25L of water to the boil. Reduce heat to very low then whisk in the semolina. Add oats and stir regularly until oats are soft and have absorbed most of the water. Remove from the heat, stir through coconut milk.
Serve immediately drizzled with coconut syrup and sprinkled with coconut chips.
