Hummus

INGREDIENTS
1 can Spiral Organic Chick Peas, drained
4 Tbsp lemon juice
¼C Spiral Organic Hulled Tahini
½Tbsp fresh minced garlic
2Tbsp Spiral Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ tsp cumin powder
1-2 tsp salt to taste
2-3Tbsp water
METHOD
Use a food processor (or a stick blender), to smoothen all ingredients, occasionally scraping the sides and bottom. If it gets too thick, add a little water to adjust. Serve with Spiral Foods chips and/or crackers.
