Jack fruit sandwich

INGREDIENTS

1 tbs Spiral Organic olive oil
1 packet jack fruit
3 tbs Spiral Organic okonomi sauce
2 slices toasted bread
2 slices tomato
10-15 slices red onion
handful rocket
2 tbs Spiral Vegan Mayooh

GLUTEN VEGAN/

METHOD

Heat olive oil in a large pan, add jack fruit, okonomiyaki sauce and sauté, stirring for 2 minutes. Add jack fruit, tomato, red onion, rocket, bonsoy mayo and okonomiyaki sauce on the toasted bread.

Close and slice sandwich, serve.
