Japanesey Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS
5-7g Spiral Organic Wakame
1/2 tsp Spiral Wasabi Paste
1/2 tsp water
1 tbs Spiral Organic Shoyu
3 tbs Spiral Vegan Mayooh
1/2 cup sliced cabbage
1/2 cup sliced red cabbage
1/3 cup sliced carrot
1/3 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup sliced green onion
garnish for Spiral Organic Furikake

METHOD
Cut wakame into 2cm pieces. Soak in water for 10 minutes. Combine wasabi powder, water, shoyu and vegan mayonnaise in a small bowl and stir until consistent. Combine cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, celery and green onion in a large bowl. Drizzle with vegan mayo dressing and toss to combine.
Arrange on a serving platter. Sprinkle with ground sesame seeds and enjoy!
