Japanesey coleslaw

INGREDIENTS
5-7g Spiral organic wakame
1/2 tsp Spiral wasabi paste
1/2 tsp water
1 tbs Spiral Organic shoyu
3 tbs Spiral vegan mayooh
1/2 cup sliced cabbage
1/2 cup sliced red cabbage
1/3 cup sliced carrot
1/3 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup sliced green onion
garnish for Spiral organic furikake
VEGETARIAN
METHOD
Cut wakame into 2cm pieces. Soak in water for 10 minutes. Combine wasabi powder, water, shoyu and vegan mayonnaise in a small bowl and stir until consistent. Combine cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, celery and green onion in a large bowl. Drizzle with vegan mayo dressing and toss to combine.
Arrange on a serving platter. Sprinkle with ground sesame seeds and enjoy!
