Kale Chips

INGREDIENTS

1 bunch kale
1 Tbs sea salt
3 Tbs Spiral Organic Virgin Coconut oil

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into bite size pieces. Toss with salt and coconut oil until the leaves are coated. Lay on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until leaves are crispy.
