Maple Tahini Bliss Balls

INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond meal (or sesame flour for a nut free option)
1 cup desiccated coconut
3-4 tbsp Spiral Organic Maple Syrup
3-4 tbsp Spiral Organic Hulled Tahini
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup sesame seeds, to ro
METHOD
1. Combine all ingredients (except sesame seeds) in a mixing bowl, mix well.
2. Place in the fridge for 5-10 minutes to allow the mixture to firm slightly.
3. Arrange into balls and roll in sesame seeds.
4. Store in the fridge.
