Matcha Parfait

INGREDIENTS
180ml Plant-based milk
250ml Spiral Organic Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp Corn starch
1 ½ tsp Spiral Organic Matcha Powder Grade A
2 tbsp Maple syrup
Garnish Options
Vegan cream
Fresh berries
Shaved Vegan white chocolate
METHOD
1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepot, stir well to combine
2. Place pot on stove over medium heat, bring it to the boil whist stirring continuously to prevent burning. Cook for another 3-4 mins or until mixture thickens
3. Pour mixture into ramekins or serving glassware. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours
4. Top with desired garnishes and serve
