Mexican fish stew

INGREDIENTS
3 fillets leather jacket fish
150g calamari
300g Spiral Organic Salsa
100ml water
Garnish:
chopped spring onion
METHOD
Rinse the fish in cold water and pat dry. Make a cross incision on the skin side of the fish. Cut calamari into bite-size pieces. In a large pan, add fish, salsa and water. Cover and simmer for 10-15min. Add calamari, cover and simmer for another 3-4 min.
Garnish with spring onion, serve and enjoy.
