Potato Salad

INGREDIENTS
2-3 large potatoes
8-9 green beans, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 cup cooked broccoli, chopped
1 tbs Plum Vinegar
2-3 tbs Spiral Organic Furikake Tamari
2-3 tbs Spiral Organic Furikake Umeboshi
2-3 tbs mayonnaise
METHOD
In a pot, cover the potatoes with water and boil. Reduce heat and simmer.
Simmer until the potatoes are soft (roughly 20 mins). Add in the green beans towards the end of cooking then drain.
In a large bowl combine the vinegar and onion and mix well. Add in the potatoes, green beans, broccoli, furikake and mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with some more furikake and enjoy!
