Rice with Green Tea Bowl (Ume Chazuke)

1 tsp Spiral Wasabi Paste
1 tsp water
1 bag Spiral Organic Mung Bean Chips
1 tea bag Spiral Organic Green Tea
200ml hot water
1 cup cooked medium grain rice
1 tsp Spiral Dashi Powder
1 tsp Spiral Organic Umeboshi Paste
Spiral Nori Krinkles
Mix the wasabi paste and the water in a small bowl until it becomes a smooth consistent paste. Break the mung bean chips into small pieces. Put the tea bag into a tea pot and pour hot water over the bag. Serve the cooked rice in a serving bowl. Add the dashi powder, umeboshi, wasabi, chips and nori krinkles on top of the rice.
Pour the green tea over the rice. Enjoy.
