Vegetable Sticks with Wasabi Mayonnaise Dip

INGREDIENTS
Wasabi Mayonnaise Dip/Sauce
1Tbsp Spiral Wasabi Paste (about ½ of wasabi tube)
1Tbsp Spiral Mirin
1tsp Spiral Organic Shoyu or Organic Tamari
3Tbsp Mayonnaise

METHOD
Wasabi Dip/Sauce
Mix all dip ingredients.
Cut or steam your favourite vegetables (cucumbers, celery, carrots, broccoli, cauliflowers, capsicums) and dip with the wasabi sauce.
Avocado straight – cut in half, remove stone, place dip/ sauce in a hole, scoop with a spoon and eat
