Wasabi Shoyu/Tamari Butter Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS

1pack (250g) Casalare Brown Rice Spaghetti
16 pieces prawn, shelled, and deveined
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 bunch long stem broccoli, cut into 3cm pieces
4 button mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 avocado, diced
40g butter
1Tbsp Spiral Organic Minced Garlic
1 sachet Spiral Vegan Instant Dashi
2Tbsp Spiral Shoyu or Tamari 
2Tbsp Spiral Wasabi Paste
4tbsp Spiral Crispy Nori Krinkles
Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

1. In a large frying pan with boiling water, cook long stem broccoli for 2-3 minutes, drain, set aside.
2. Cook pasta according to the directions drain (keep 2-3Tbsp cooked pasta water).
3. Heat a frying pan, add half of the butter and minced garlic. Stir fry the onion, mushroom and prawn. Salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add spaghetti and the remaining butter. Season with 1Tbsp wasabi mixed with 2Tbsp Shoyu/ Tamari, gently toss with avocado, and transfer to plates for serving.
5. Top with the rest of the wasabi and Crispy Nori Krinkles. Enjoy!
