Wombok Steak

INGREDIENTS
1 tbs Spiral Organic Cashew Butter
1 tbs Spiral Organic Tamari
1 tbs water
3-4 tbs Spiral Organic Olive Oil
1/3 tsp salt
1/8 Wombok lengthways
1/5 cup water
METHOD
1. In a small bowl, combine the cashew butter, tamari, and water. Mix well until smooth.
2. Heat some olive oil in a pan over a medium high heat.
3. Place wombok in pan and season with salt.
4. Cook for 2-2.5 kinutes and add water. Place lid on pan.
5. Cook for another 2 minutes until golden and tender.
6. Drizzle cashew sauce all over.
7. Serve immediately.
