Pickled Ginger
Spiral’s sweet and pungent ‘Pickled ginger’ is made from fresh ginger root. It is sliced then pickled in ‘ume-su’ (plum vinegar) and rice syrup with Shiso leaves for the pink colour. Commonly served with Sushi to cleanse the palate between flavours.
Ingredients
+Salted ginger (48%) (Ginger, salt, water, citric acid, acetic acid), rice syrup (Rice syrup, barley malt), rice vinegar, ume vinegar, (Ume plum, salt), shiso leaves, sea salt.
