◘ 1 broad bean
◘ 50g chopped cabbage
◘ ¼ chopped carrot
◘ 50g chopped broccoli
◘ 1 chopped potato
◘ 800mL water
◘ 1 tbs Spiral Instant Dashi powder
◘ 2 tbs Spiral Genmai Miso
◘ 2 tbs Spiral Shiro MisoMETHOD

1. Remove the beans from its pod.2. Heat water in a medium pot on a medium heat and bring to the boil.3. Add carrot, potato, cabbage, dashi, broccoli and broad beans.4. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer until tender.5. Meanwhile, add genmai, shiro and dashi powder into a suribachi bowl and cover with water from pot. Stir to dissolve miso completely.6. Pour the miso into the simmering broth and stir.7. Serve immediately.

Made from minced fresh fish, shiso leaves, and miso.Our take on this dish by our culinary expert @kozume_yuka uses our Crispy Nori Krinkles, Organic Minced Ginger, and Organic Mugi Miso.Namerou means "to lick", which is what you'll be doing to your plate once you've finished!INGREDIENTS

◘ ¼C finely chopped spring onion
◘ 3Tbsp finely chopped shiso leaves
◘ 200g king fish (sashimi grade)
◘ ½ tsp Spiral Organic Minced Ginger
◘ 1Tbsp Spiral Organic Mugi Miso
◘ 2Tbsp Spiral Nori KrinklesMETHOD

1. Finely chop the kingfish fillet on a chopping board.2. Place spring onion, shiso leaves, minced ginger and miso on top of the kingfish.3. Chop everything together to produce a tartare-like texture until it becomes sticky.4. On a plate, place shiso leaf down & top with fish. Garnish with Nori Krinkles.
