Avocado Toast

INGREDIENTS
1 avocado
2-3 slices of toast
3-4 tbs Spiral Organic Yuzu Furikake
1-2 tbs Spiral Organic Sushi Vinegar
spring onion and chilli oil (optional)
METHOD
Cut the avocado in half and carefully remove the stone then scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
Mash with a fork and season with some of the sushi vinegar.
Toast your bread then spread the avocado mixture on top.
Sprinkle some of the furikake and drizzle some chilli oil.
