Coconut Milk Kuzu Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

1Tbsp Spiral Organic Kuzu
1Tbsp water
1C (250ml) Bonsoy Organic Chocolate Coconut Milk, boiled
1tsp shredded or chopped dark chocolate for sprinkling

METHOD

In a warm cup, add Kuzu and water, stir well to dilute completely. Add the boiling hot coconut milk, stirring until it becomes thicker.
