Cucumber Wakame Salad

INGREDIENTS
2 Lebanese cucumbers
½ pack (25g) Spiral Pickled Ginger squeezed and sliced thinly
¼ pack (25g) Spiral Organic Wakame, soaked in cold water for a few minutes to soften, chopped and squeezed
Dressing
1Tbsp Spiral Japanese Sesame Oil
½C Spiral Organic Sushi Vinegar
2-3Tbsp Spiral Organic Rice Syrup or 2Tbsp raw sugar
METHOD
1. Cut the cucumbers lengthwise, remove seeds with a spoon and slice very thinly. Mix the dressing ingredients. Set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, add cucumber, ginger and wakame.
3. Place them in a small serving bowl, pour the dressing over before serving.
