Hearty Shiritaki Miso Soup

INGREDIENTS
1L water
1 tsp Spiral Dashi Powder
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup bite size potato
1/2 cup bite size carrot
1/2 cup bite size cauliflower
1/2 cup bite size broccoli
40g Spiral Shirataki Rice
4 tbs Spiral Organic Shiro Miso
1 sheet sliced fried tofu
METHOD
Heat sunflower oil in a large pan, add garlic, tempeh and black beans. Add white wine vinegar, cumin powder, coriander powder, smoked paprika powder, chilli powder and sea salt. Continue to stir for 2-3 minutes.
Place the bean mix on top of the cooked brown rice and lettuce.Top with salsa, rocket and corn chips.
