Strawberry Cashew Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS
1C frozen strawberries
½ avocado
2Tbsp Spiral Organic Smooth Cashew Butter
1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
½C Bonsoy Soy or Almond Milk
Toppings
3-4 strawberries, sliced
¼ banana, sliced
1Tbsp Spiral Organic Smooth Cashew Butter
1Tbsp Spiral Salted Roasted Cashews, crushed
1Tbsp puffed multigrain
METHOD
1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients until smooth. If it’s too thick, add more Bonsoy.
2. Transfer into a bowl and top with strawberries, sliced bananas and a sprinkling of cashews and puffed multigrain. Drizzle over 1Tbsp cashew butter and serve.
